The Dealers Room is a the place for vendors who have large inventories that have complex or time consuming set up. It is for Vendors who will need multiple tables (or a large space). Being a part of the Dealers Room provides a secured space during closed hours. Dealers in this room are expected to be in operation during OPEN hours. Dealer Room Hours
Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Costs and Provisions
* The Dealer Room is juried (not all applicants will be granted space).
* The First 6ft x 6ft space is $130.00. (includes one badge).
* Additional spaces are $60.00. Limit of 3 total spaces.
* 2024 center 12ft x 5ft space is $190.00 (this includes one badge and cannot add space). Availability for this space is limited.
* No refunds/transfers or exchanges after acceptance and purchase.
* Only 1 badge is included in the purchase of the first table.
* Additional badges will be available to approved dealers through pre-registration for $50 (up to 1 Per Space, Maximum of 4 badges per Vendor * Center space limit is 3 badges).
* Additional badges purchased after pre-registration is closed will be subject to at-the-door prices.
* All Payments must be processed thru PayPal.
* Upon acceptance into the Dealers Room, you will receive a PayPal Invoice sent to your email, for the total due. Payment is due via that invoice within 15 days of invoicing, or you may lose your acceptance into the 2024 ConFusion Dealers Room.
* Applications are due by October 30, 2023.
